28 Days Vedic Manifestation Method

This is a 28-day practice to manifest your wishes. It is based on the Vedic classics with a history of more than 5,000 years.
The content of this course is divided into six stages:

==== Stage 1-Brain and thinking mode operation ====
Day 1 – Understand the nature of the brain, the root cause of pain and troubles – Why are you upset, dull, unable to concentrate or unable to enter the state of meditation? Learn 5 mental states. Pranayama meditation practice to improve concentration.
Day 2 – Understand the nervous system and the impact of stress on our body. Understand the 5 Keshas (toxins) of mental illness. Exercises to detoxify the mind and strengthen the heart and lungs.
Day 3 – Understand the influence of the energy body, the chakra energy body and the magnetic field. Meditation practice to balance thoughts.
Day 4 – The root chakra affects our relationship with the material world, the sex chakra affects our relationship to the smooth flow of life, and how the solar plexus affects our ability to manifest. Chakra clearing and tuning exercises.
Day 5 – How to balance our heart chakra (not to be deceived and bullied because of softness and kindness), how to balance our throat chakra, how to balance our third eye (to make consciousness clear and make independent opinions), how to make the crown chakra energy flow smoothly. Chakra clearing and tuning exercises.
==== Stage 2 – Connecting the inner self (emotional feelings and self-manifestation) ====
Day 6 – Allow yourself to have a new dream. Review your current life, how to filter and re-plan, and have clear insights and vision for planning. Heart anchor affirmation beyond vision guided meditation.
Day 7 – Dismantle self-limiting thoughts, face your dark side, cleanse and heal. Meditation on transcending the expansion of the electromagnetic field container.
Day 8 – Overcome depression, fear and lack of confidence, belief system frequency breathing meditation.
Day 9 – Understand the feminine and Kundalini energy. Brahmacharya sexual energy conversion practice.
